I called Bloomhouse Landscape and Irrigation to obtain an estimate to replace 13 sprinkler heads. I was informed that the cost should not exceed $700, if the cost when above that, I would be informed before moving forward. I walked the ground with the two-man team to explain what I needed. The team lead recommended an additional sprinkler head in the back yard. I asked for the cost, and he stated that it should not exceed $100, so I agreed, thinking that the total cost would be around $800. Upon the finish, I walked the ground to check the sprinkler heads. I'm satisfied with the work and provided the lead person with $40 cash, a $20 bonus for each person. Later, I was informed that the bill was $1,881.83, over a $1,000 increase over the estimate. I paid with a check and three (3) days later I still don't have a receipt. I've called the office 3-4 times trying to obtain why the large increase in cost and for a receipt. Still no reply. I won't use this company for any work moving forward. Recommendation to other customers of this company, DO NOT start the work until you have the estimate in writing.

We are going back this Monday to pick up a load of soil which is also half the price of everyone around. I urge anyone looking for nursery items to give them a chance!

When I called to tell them about the problem, the owner said it wasn't a fungus and they should be okay. I asked him, what if they weren't? He said, I could return them but he wouldn't give me a full refund. They cost me $20, he said he could give me $14. I also asked if I could bring back 4 plants, that I didn't plant (no room)... NOPE, they don't do returns. We spent over $200. We will never shop there again. I also told him it took us 2 days to complete our flower bed and I wanted to save the bushes rather than return them. He told me that I should buy a fungicide. I told him I had already sprayed them with neem oil, he said that wasn't a fungicide... He said that wasn't a fungicide‍. It clearly says it is a fungicide.
