Endicott lived up to 100% of the offer they made to us to fully refund our purchase price as a credit towards a new item from their store. During my visit to the Plymouth location I happened to find an item that might work as a decoration since we're still in that process with the house. The item luckily was substantially marked down and located in their clearance department so I decided to buy it. However, when I went to pay the salesman wrote the sales ticket for the original price (10 times the sale price), he had torn off the sales tag (which had been large and obvious) and threw it in the trash can right next to him. I guess he hoped I was stupid and not notice. When I called him on it and said I'd never come back he said OK good! I asked for the owners contact info and he refused. I later found the information myself and made a complaint but never heard back from the owner. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! Apparently this owner condones treating customers like idiots and fortunately my money is portable. They have already had to close one store and they're supposedly moving another one to a new location. My guess is it's probably just closing down also. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Being an amateur furniture maker myself and also having been in the wood industry my whole career, I love wood. The furniture that Brent and his craftsmen make at Clear Lake Furniture is top notch. They have many different designs that you will not find in any furniture store and the quality is exceptional. After we checked out the showroom with a good representation of the what they can do I noticed a sign on the doorway that leads down to there shop which invites you to go down and explore the shop and talk with their craftsmen. Well I couldn't pass that up so down we went. We were welcomed by Mark who was very glad to show us around and see some of the beautiful woods they use to make their amazing furniture. He also explained that each piece of furniture is made by one craftsman from start to finish. So if you are interested in some handcrafted custom furniture, do yourself a favor and check them out. We had purchased a condo in Wells, Maine for a vacation rental investment in June. Not knowing the…read moreoptions in the area we ended up at landrys with a deadline to make for the first vacationer. We purchased two complete bedroom sets and some furniture for the living room. We were really happy with the range of items to choose from and ordered great quality furniture for a really manageable price. When the deadline came for getting the furniture in, not everything had been delivered. Kyle arranged for brand new furniture from the store to cover us until the complete order arrived. Then they came back and redelivered still no charge.....removing the " loaner " furniture and completing our order. These guys are a class act and really covered our butts for our first rental. I wish we had these guys in Connecticut!
