I feel like the employees should know about their products and be confident about selling them. Normally when I ask them general questions about the products they look at me like I am trying to quiz them for a physics test or trying to trick them. But not this location. It is very obvious that they know and USE the products that they sale and are confident in informing me on what they think is the best product for my needs. Another thing I noticed when I go into GNC stores is that I feel very unsure about what I am buying, not only because of the lack of knowledge, but also because it seems like the male employees (which are the majority of their staff) don't really know what is best for female customers. They seem to get confused and start looking around like they are not sure but insist on me getting a certain item because it is the bestseller. All the staff at this location is great. Makayla has helped me out the most. She knows her products and knows which ones tastes the best. My boyfriend and I will be back.

So I was just walking around the Outlet Mall after being disappointed. So I seen this store and I…read moredecided to go in and the first thing Javonté did was hand me a pair of gloves. He then told me that I could try anything that I wanted to. He told me about the most sold sauce but it was not my taste which is somehow always the case. So I proceeded to go around the store and taste different barbecue sauces and rubs. He also said that I could try some seasonings but I was like no thank you. There are really a lot to choose from so no need to worry about variety. When I finally made my way to the front of the store he told me that they had jams, jelly and olives. Now he has my full attention at olives which I love. There are 4 kinds of olives stuffed olives blue cheese, garlic, jalapeno, and habenero. He asked me which one did I want to try? I said um all four. I probably spent about 30 minutes in this store and I did buy some French Quarter creole seasoning, Sweet chili sauce and Jalapeno stuffed olives.
