"Premium filtered top soil"…read more We ordered and paid to have "premium filtered topsoil" delivered to our property. We specifically explained that the soil was going into our yard, where we have children and a dog, so we expected a clean, usable product. When the soil was delivered, we discovered it was filled with large rocks and broken pieces of glass bottles. Not just a random piece here or there -- enough glass that we were genuinely concerned about our kids and dog being anywhere near the soil. We contacted the owner, who actually came out to our house to look at the soil. We showed him the broken glass, and he confirmed that this was their "premium" topsoil. Despite seeing the glass himself, he refused to refund our money unless we returned the soil to them. This is where the situation becomes especially frustrating. We paid a delivery fee because we needed the soil delivered. If we had the equipment and means to haul a large load of soil back to their business ourselves, we wouldn't have paid for delivery in the first place. Expecting the customer to figure out how to transport a load of contaminated soil back after paying for delivery is unreasonable. We paid for a product advertised as premium, filtered topsoil and received soil containing broken glass and large rocks. The fact that the owner saw the glass, acknowledged what we received, and still wouldn't stand behind the product or arrange a reasonable solution is incredibly disappointing. I would strongly recommend inspecting anything from this company since their advertising and their word means absolutely nothing to the customer. As seen in pictures this is the glass I screened (with a screen I had to purchase to use the soil) just out of 3 5 gallon buckets, the amount of glass was insane. Then the other picture is the giant rock oil from the screened "premium filtered top soil"

Most of the staff is unbelievably helpful and the plants are healthy and beautiful and the variety is wonderful! I am rating four stars instead of five because, as a couple of other reviewers have said, a couple of people who work there seem to have attitude issues. I just chalk it up to them having a bad day now and again. But not to throw the baby out with the bathwater, the ones who are nice and helpful are super super nice and helpful. My suggestion is if you are talking with somebody who seems to have a chip on their shoulder, just talk to somebody else. Chances are you'll find one of their wonderful helpful and knowledgeable employees. Great place!

It was generally well executed, however the next day, despite having plenty of water, the central flowers, orchids, were wilting. I emailed Buds on day 2 to let them know and heard nothing back. I then called them, got voicemail and let them know that I had sent an email, and again said we were disappointed that the arrangement wilted within a day, and again heard nothing back. The patio was gorgeous- I'm betting its even prettier in the spring and summer. Apparently the owner only opens the facility for parties. The bar has a door leading to the patio which was super convenient and the staff were all very nice. On another section is the Inn at the Delta which is absolutely GORGEOUS! The rooms run slightly on the pricey side but they include breakfast and beautiful accommodations.
