It not only has the charm and magicalness of walking into a witch's cottage or a fairy garden shop, but is also a time capsule where you can find calendars from 2007 with whimsical fairies that you can still buy today. In other places, I would absolutely be put off by the old merchandise, but in a place like Forget Me Not Factory, it absolutely fits the vibe of the establishment, and I actually really enjoyed finding old things for sale there. It felt like stepping into the past, and I cannot wait to go back. Whether to find new items for my garden or supplies to make my next Ren fair costume.

The employee, whose name is Ali, was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. You can tell she is a genuinely caring person and she spent 30 minutes helping me find the right crystal. And I know that's hard to do because each person responds differently. But she was very patient and thoroughly explained everything and I definitely have a better understanding because of her so thank you so much, Ali! Highly recommend for everyone to stop by the Nest!

Once I got there - it was spacious, clean, and modern. It is on the small side for a book store, but the selection of kids to young adult books was outstanding. They also have adult books, lots of toys and trinkets - and is a general pleasure to walk around. The staff was very friendly, and more than willing to answer the questions we had (including where to get lunch). I was disappointed that they didn't have a changing table (considering the large children's section) - but there is a family restroom across the street at E.W. Becks pub.

They do require masks in all their stores still and will provide you with one if you don't have one.
