They sell good quality essential oils, herbal teas, many ranges of supplements and all the general products you find in a health food store. They also sell what i think is the full range of ecover products (although i am not sure if they do refills), many free from products (the wheat free pasta here is nice) and affordable flours such as wholemeal, soya and potato flour which can be hard to get hold of or very expensive elsewhere. They have a chain of stores one in Westbourne (smaller store) and one in poole (Havent visited this store). Rated 4/5 as there is a health food store in christchurch i prefer.
