We are talking 7 AM garbage pick ups and HOA neighborhoods where you were not allowed to leave your trash out overnight. NCD sent out a coupon to try them out. They have been absolutely fantastic. They are very responsive, are happy to send a truck back out on occasion if you missed pickup, don't charge you for every bag that doesn't fit in the can, and are very polite and helpful on the phone. We even had a driver knock on our door because he noticed our can wasn't out and wanted to make sure we didn't miss pickup. We cannot recommend NCD highly enough!

this place is scammy as hell…read more.. i accidentally booked an appointment online looking for a simple quote. one king size mattress pickup. no problem, i called them and asked if i could get a quote for the service i just booked. she quotes me $149. not a great price but i guess it could be worse (spoiler, it DOES get worse). i mention the $20 discount that i receive for booking online. she tells me that i have to mention it to the driver when they get here. no problem. so i should be paying $129.00 day of, right? wrong. the driver shows up today and immediately says "so i have to charge you more money." of course you do. he tells me that even though i listed the pick up as "one king sized mattress" and that is what the quote is for he would still have to charge me a $30 mattress fee for him and his partner to remove it... so what was the first quote for in the first place? for you to just LOOK at my mattress? my quote is now $179 with their convenient little fee. he tells me that the call center that i spoke with in regards to my quote doesn't have the correct pricing or information, which sounds a lot like something YOU AS A COMPANY need to fix, not expect your customers to pay for in extra hidden scummy fees. he did honor my $20 off booking online coupon and he did remove the singular mattress that i asked for, which is why you get two stars. but your company is a scam and will do anything to pinch a buck out of unsuspecting customers. do better. disgusting customer care.

He gave me a time he could be here the next day. He arrived right on time, first providing notice that he was on his way. He gave us a reasonable price when you consider time and cost of dumping stuff on your own. The attached photo is just some of the stuff he took away, there were boards, headboards, a heavy solid door, as well as a large piece of marble. He cleared out our junk in short order and took Venmo as payment. You can also pay with cash, credit card or check. I had considered 800 Got Junk, but wanted to keep business local. Emmanuel was friendly, professional and very efficient. We are not done, I am sure, of ridding ourselves of stuff, so I am sure we will use him again.
