He worked with us over the course of looking at several properties (our previous realtor seemed annoyed that we couldn't find something quickly). He was patient and kind and very helpful with advice throughout the process. He was vacationing in Europe and STILL answered texts, phone calls and helped us negotiate a fair deal on the home we purchased. He is humble and trustworthy - - two words that don't often describe business people nowadays. I can wholeheartedly recommend Homes & Loans of West Michigan for your housing needs!

My wife thought it would be a headache and our house would be on the market for a year - not true at all. The network of people they have never ceased to amaze me. Open houses were packed and our home sold quicker than we could find one. Thankfully Kelly was always there to show us more homes until we were 110% satisfied. I shared this with Korina and she was moved and determined to help me in the best way she could. She had lined up several nice homes to look at very quickly and went out of her way to meet me and show me these homes when it was convenient for me. I selected a home and age went right to work on making the deal. Unfortunately we were out bid. But Korina was not about to give up. She wrote a letter to the seller explaining why he should take our offer. The letter worked, they took the offer. During the approval process I had encountered a delay, some trouble on my end. Again Korina, with the help of her friends was able to smooth things out and extend our closing date. I have seldom encountered someone with the passion, know-how, motivation, and charm that Korina has. She knows what she's doing and how to get it done. I highly recommend her.
