Primrose has very high standards for their teachers, which we appreciate. We also like the philosophy of balanced learning, and a structured daily schedule. We're confident our daughter will be well prepared for kindergarten thanks to the learning plans and environment Primrose creates. Additionally, the building and classrooms are very clean (I toured other places that were not as impressive). We also love that Primrose provides lunch and snacks! Not having to prepare food in the morning or night before is a fantastic perk.

We did not get the state required incident reports when it allegedly happened. They assured us they were working with her but I can't see how that was true - or maybe it was just incompetence. I walked in on a Tuesday to pick her up and was told it was her last day despite being told we would get "as much time as we needed" for notice to find somewhere else if it got to that point. They couldn't even tell us to our faces what they were doing. She almost immediately stopped biting upon starting at another local school. This place has a fair amount of turnover in staff, many of whom have minimal experience in child care relative to the other comparable local schools. I have a lot of other things I could say about this place but simply put - I don't recommend it.

Management hires unqualified care givers and then just fires them. This was very detrimental to our child's development - especially since he was being potty trained (at least at home. The school was just confusing for him) I also feel that the facility was not very clean, especially now having experience elsewhere. Our child constantly had diarrhea, developed warts, and was sick more than normal. Between the "dirty" classrooms, unqualified staff, poor food, and horrible management, I would NEVER recommend this place to any family. Erin Groves was awful to work with. She lied to parents and staff (I was told this by the people who were watching my child) and was hypocritical about discussing behavior of children. When my son was bitten multiple times by the same child (hers, as the staff in Babyland told me), she would lie about the situation and place blame on other children, including my own. Staff were afraid of her and allowed exceptions for her daughter that would have had other families kicked out. If I can give any advice to parents looking for childcare, please take your business elsewhere. This is not a good environment - physically and emotionally/mentally - and is not nearly as safe as other centers. (There is no lock on the door and visitors are free to roam wherever and whenever they please.) **Update. To follow up from below. It was 2 years ago, so that goes to sho that turnover is high. There are some good teachers there, though. In the baby room, we liked our son's teacher. The two rooms after that were great. But the top management was the biggest issue I dealt with while there. There was some communication, but it was minimal. We were told by the office that we should have professional help with our child. Our pediatrician never said this to us. And then one friday, we received a call to pick up our child and not to return. (So how does a family handle Monday morning with work? We were obviously in daycare because that was our option. This all happened after my husband and I started to question staff turnover, missing diapers/supplies for our son, safety and cleanliness, and why "incident reports" were being issued.) Now, I gave it some time, and we have had NO issues since at another, facility. And one that is willing to participate in step up to quality (5 star rated). We were also never given any information on financial assistance.

Mrs. Kali is one of my favorites she is understanding, caring and she started out as a teacher. All three of my children attended Kindercare at an early age. The teachers I encounter really cared about my children. Most of the teachers that are there has been for some years. Kindercare is very clean and organized. I also enjoy that they send you pictures of your children throughout the day and a daily recap of activities including what they are eating and times they went potty and for the baby room the time they have been changed. My son was taught how to read in Pre K from a teacher that believed in him and to this day he is one of the best readers in his classroom. She made sure we was on top of his education at home too. Mrs. Tenisha is so patience and kind. My son loves her! Mrs Bennie has been with Kindercare for a while. I met her while at another location and she treated my son like her own especially when he was just starting daycare.

There were a few good teachers, but if they weren't there the care was SEVERELY SUBPAR. The facility is dirty and stinks. Expect you kid to be sick every other week even in the summer. I brought concerns to the administrator and was told biting at their facility was normal and I was dismissed. Don't let the fact that they have camera fool you, those mean nothing.
