I could tell it was a racist undertone any company that allows people like that to answer their phones know these people know they hate blacks and want them to answer in order to deter people that do not have Caucasian names. She taught us without all the extra fluff while making sure we got and understood what she was teaching during lecture, and giving us real life scenarios to compare too. The hands on part was great! We applied the skills we learned in class to actual hands on training. She was attentive to what we needed to improve on and what we were doing well on as individuals when it came to the hands on parts. She was there every step of the way and literally holding our hand as we went along. I took 2 classes back to back ( Phlebotomy & Medical assistant) then attended the 1 day IV therapy class.
