I gave Kelley and Lindsey an idea of the types of homes I was looking for and they ran with it. Every home they showed me was amazing -- in different ways, which really expanded my idea of what I was looking for. They were very attentive to my price point, never tried to oversell me and were perfectly transparent throughout the entire process. I felt like they really had my back for the entire process and worked to get me the best deal. They also have extensive contacts when it comes to inspections and maintenance. They also have extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods in Summit county and what are realistic asks of both buyer and seller. Both Kelley and Lindsey were very responsive and extremely proactive, which I very much appreciated as a first-time home buyer. I could not have asked for a better realty group to help me find my perfect home.

So, when it was time for us to choose a realtor, I didn't hesitate to use her. We have worked with Deena at Summit Real Estate to purchase two separate properties a year apart…read moreand could not be happier with our experience. On our first property, the market was absolutely crazy, and Deena was always quick to respond to any question or request. We never missed out on touring properties that we were interested in. We started our search from Wisconsin, and Deena took us on virtual tours so we could get a better handle on what we liked / didn't like before we came out to view properties in person. We ended up purchasing a property after returning to Wisconsin, and were comfortable with Deena's virtual tours and her perspective. It took us multiple offers to land a place, but we ended up getting the type of place we wanted and within our budget. Very thankful for all of Deena's work to put us in the best position in each offer. (We had strong offers, but sometimes we were jumped by cash buyers, so we couldn't have asked for anything more from Summit Real Estate.) While under contract we had constant updates to keep us on track from Margaret in the office, and things could not have gone smoother. If you are looking to purchase a property in Summit County, I cannot recommend Deena and Summit Real Estate highly enough. Update: June 2022 - We loved working with Deena so much, we bought a second property with her as our agent! Things went so smoothly since we knew Deena and how things worked with Summit Real Estate. If we have any other real estate needs in Summit County, Deena will be our first call!

This was all new to us. Elle Dice represented us on our condo purchase in Breck while we were over 1,000 miles away in the Chicago area and was absolutely the best at answering our many questions and is incredibly kind. She has lived in Breckenridge her whole life so is very familiar with the area and full of knowledge about all the activities available. We were walk- in first time buyers lost and looking for help finding a place, during our short stay in Breck mid June and after our initial meeting Elle was very efficient showing us properties in our price range the very next day. Elle seemed to go the extra mile to tour and send videos of properties, search answers to detailed questions and refer local contractors while continuing to show us comparable listings until we narrowed in on a condo we liked. We can't imagine working with anyone better and highly recommend Elle for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Breckenridge. She is very knowledgeable of Summit County, prompt responding to questions, is tech savvy, excellent communication skills and very professional. Thank you Elle!!

First, they helped us find the new property after we gave them a sense of what we were looking for. Then, they capably steered us through to a timely closing. In short, Kirk and Dak consistently went above and beyond during every phase of our two transactions, and their knowledge of the market and connections in the community paid big dividends for us.
