I have used this company lots over the past few years and they are always prompt, friendly and know exactly where they should be going. I know that should always be the case with taxis but in London it's a rare thing when it comes to mini cabs. Even when other companies have quoted me an hour to get to me these fellas have said 'no problem' and been there in 10 minutes. At the London Field Day festival, they helped me and my friend get home for a snip of the cost of the other places near Victoria Park and we only wait about 15 minutes. To be fair, they are good for local pick ups and drop offs. and actually good for going to airports. but their problem is the pick up from the airport plus the very arrogant attitude of some drivers, one of them definitely had some anger issue! Last week I booked a cab from abroad to be picked up from heathrow. when I arrive at the baggage reclaim, the cab driver calls me and says that he is going to take another 30 mins. I'm actually a patient person so I just said ok. I go out to the arrival and call the driver after 30 mins, he said that he will be late for another 5-6mins, and tells me to come to the 'drop off' area, which I had no idea where it was. I asked around dragging my suitcase, but no one seemed to know, so I waited outside the arrival near the taxi area for another 15 mins. still no sign of my cab turns out that the driver didn't have any credit on his phone and couldn't call me. very professional. I found out that he was on the departure level drop off. I had to go 3 floors up, he is still not there, takes him another 5 mins to appear in front of me. He did apologies but the tone of his voice is not especially sorry and just made excuses rather angrily. His driving was dangerous, rough and speeding way to fast. I expected some sort of discount, as I waited almost 1 HOUR after an 13 hour flight and used my mobile to call the driver about 5 times. but he refuses to give any discount. I called the office and they spoke to the driver, tells him to give me 2 POUNDS off. I thought they were joking but they were dead serious. I lost my energy to argue and just paid him 45 pounds that he did not deserve. When I turned away, I could hear him saying something rude to me. very disappointing as a loyal customer NEVER EVER AGAIN.

At the time of ordering I was told over the phone the journey would cost £40.00 (which was already a bit pricey but as it was late and i had an early start i just wanted to get a taxi sorted). So I placed the order and asked for a receipt. This was late at night so I then went to bed ready for an early start. The next morning when I checked with my crew member I hear the cab driver was 20 minutes late in the collection. Because of this traffic had now increased making the journey across London 15 minutes longer and resulting in the crew member arriving 35 minutes late, and in turn making us late for the job we all had to get to thereafter. At this point the crew member could pretty much have taken the tube but as we were already running late due to these idiots I didn't want to change the plans at 05h20 and possibly risk another delay. I also understood that they had already debited my card anyways. Then after all this their incompetent cab driver dropped the crew member at the wrong station (Tooting Bec rather than Tooting Broadway) and then when I confronted them about it on the phone they denied it ever happened and insisted they dropped him at Tooting Broadway......(which it wasn't as I live in Tooting Broadway and had to go to Tooting Bec thereafter to meet the crew member and pick him up). At this point i checked my emails and noticed they still hadn't sent me a receipt. So I called them and complained about this ludicrous situation... and once again asked for a receipt. Eventually about 6 hrs later I receive a 'receipt' just some text in the body of an email which is hardly a receipt and I then see that they charged £45.00 rather than £40.00. This is probably why they purposely delayed sending me a receipt till after the journey. Not only are they incompetent but they are crooks and liars too!!!!!! I hope Uber and the likes put twats like these out of business. They are supposedly called e minicabs as by their 'receipt' and Tottenham Taxis and MinCabs online and their number is 0208 801 3333 They are based in Tottenham N15. AVOID THIS TAXI COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

We were group of four with large size luggage. Both quotes & bookings are done via email. Once you receive a quote and are ready to pay there are several payment options offered. I used PayPal. Both pickups were easy. On day of pickup at LHR I got a text alert from Blackberry & the driver regarding where the car was and estimated arrival time. The driver met us at the suggested meeting place at LHR on time. Ditto Southampton cruise terminal pickup with a drop off at our London hotel. I'd booked with Blackberry if I'm ever in London again.

I've often called them for a pickup late at night at times, and the fare has been around ten pounds each time. They always have drivers on standby, are quick and efficient, and quote a fixed price for each journey. An airport drop to Heathrow is 36 pounds, and a pickup is 42 pounds with extra for parking. I've only had one negative experience, where a cab driver attempted to charge five pounds extra for a less than five minute wait. However this was the one driver attempting to get a tip, not a reflection on the fare charged or the overall service offered by the company. Its open twenty four hours, which makes this a handy number to keep in case you get stranded in the cold after the last tube, waiting for a bus on every hour.

They sent me to the machine straight away but gates were already closed and I couldn't go through. I had to pay for a cab that made me miss a flight. I paid for a flight and I didn't fly. I paid a cancellation fee of my hotel booking. The office wanted to blame me for the time I choose for them to pick me up . It's garbage. They had two hours to take me there, which was enough time as discussed with one of the people in the office previously. The driver said to me that "he always used the ferry and that it was better for him. While I was anxious and cold in the car, he was so relaxed talking on the phone as he was in a cafe. The office saying to me : "he's got family, he needs to pay his bills." And me? Don't I? Now, I have to pay not only my bills but also for services that I didn't use: a flight, a hotel, and for a lazy and unprofessional driver.

The drivers are prompt; they text you when their near and when they're outside your door, and also after your trip thanking you for using them: a nice little touch. All my drivers have been very friendly and talkative too or, like my 5am pickup, know when you just want to snooze! The booking staff too are great. I've booked by walking into their office, and over the phone. They're also very flexible with you changing your pickup time at short notice. All in all, I highly recommend them.
