Dropped off the rim to have the new tire put on and it was back to me within 48 hours. Here is where the 5 star service comes in, the gentleman that helped me check out was incredibly kind and helpful, he answered all my questions about this, that, and the other thing. I got home and quickly put the tire on. It immediately went flat... called to ask what could have happened, they said bring it back in and they would fix it right there. I get the tire off and it was 100% my fault. I put the tire on backwards (like an idiot) and the valve ripped off. Again, this was completely my fault, they did the tire perfectly, I just wasn't paying attention and in a hurry to get the gator back in commission. I brought it in, tail tucked, and explained my mental shortcomings. The same gentleman that checked me out took it back and fixed it for me right there. 10/10 customer service 10/10 staff 10/10 work. If you have any service needs, I cannot recommend the service department at century enough.

The mower did not stay in neutral any more and needed adjustment. it took a little while and since it started snowing, I was not too worried about it (not much use of a mower in the snow) then I got a call back recommending that the hydro fluid be changed as well. Ok, great do it while you working on it ! Few days later got a call back that the mower is ready. The price I was charged was what I was quoted ! But more so, the mover never run better ! Not sure what the technician did, but he not only adjusted the neutral but must have also adjusted the engine. It is running great and powerful ! I had spent hours ahead of time scouting out their website to create a shopping list of plants that I wanted, and I'm glad that I did, as I otherwise would have been overwhelmed by the sheer variety that they offered. I wanted to make sure that I was buying plants that were deer and rabbit resistant. I found that they had in stock about 95% of the plants that I wanted, which pleased me greatly. We were asked several times if we needed help, but no one was pushy about it. When it was time to check out, when the gentleman found out I was there because I had a Lawns 2 Legumes grant, he printed out a second receipt that included my personal information as well, making proof of purchase all the more blatant when it comes time for me to submit my grant packet. I've now had the plants in the ground for a few weeks, and everything is doing well--no doubt, the sheer amount of rain that we've had as helped! I'm excited for some of the plants to start blooming soon. I'd go to Out Back again if I was making another large purchase of native plants.
