The newly remodeled and expanded Eagle Travel Stop includes a gas station (for cars and for big trucks), a fairly large convenience store with trucker items, and a Chester Fried Chicken. The Cinobabies cinnamon rolls look and smell good, but I have yet to try one. Surprisingly, the fuel prices are not inflated. Some of the food prices are on the high side. Use caution if you buy a prepackaged sandwich from the cooler. The ham and cheese sandwich I bought had stale bread, cheese which was hard around the edges, and brown ham. This thing was clearly at least a week old, but according to the hand written expiration date on my sandwich, it would still be good for FOUR more weeks. All in all, if you are traveling on Interstate 76 and you need fuel for your vehicle or for your body, and you don't want to travel a mile into Sterling, this is your best bet. read more

This convenient stop between Nebraska and Denver is much cleaner and well-stocked than their competitor on the other side of the interstate. Take the extra time to stop here, you will not regret it. Very clean restrooms. Newly remodeled! read more

Decent gas station. Well stocked , friendly staff as well good place to definitely get some munchies if you happen to be in the area.

This was my first trip ever to Sterling. Stopped by this gas station and was so impressed by their customer service! Especially the lady working at the Chester chicken counter. She was genuinely friendly and helpful and you could tell she is a hard and dedicated employee- I wish I would've got her name. The gas station is fully stocked with whatever it is you're needing. Chester's fried chicken, ice cold drinks, coffee, snacks, a wide assortment of scratch games, knives, Knick knacks lol. I just can't get over how friendly everyone was! Good place to stop and stock up before you head out to the lake, there's also restrooms and showers as well. Good first impression on my first stop in sterling! read more

Fully stocked and friendly staff. Only 3 stars because I haven't tried any of their made on site foods. Pretty clean location. Every day I go in someone is cleaning something in the store. Very busy location. I've stayed across the street from it for 7 days now and there are constantly cars there. read more

Coffee is always nasty. I live down the street so I have tried to get coffee here many times. Not once have I been able to finish a cup. Either the creamer is bad or coffee is burnt. Staff is rude and a bunch of teenagers who don't like to stop visiting with friends to ring you up(eye rolls and attitude) and when you get gas they do not provide air for your tires. I asked the young cashier for air and she rudely asked if I could read the 2.00 sign. I asked if it was provided when getting gas she laughed at me and said no. I then said all I had was my card and she threw her arms up saying what do you want me to do about it. I will go out of my way to not go here anymore. read more

If I could do zero stars I would. Horrible coffee, hard breakfast burritos that tasted like they literally threw an egg and cheese on a cow patty they had in the field. I took one sip of the coffee and one bite of the food. Businesses should provide good products or services, this one doesn't. read more

Gas is over priced - is at $0.30 over elsewhere. They won't let you use their bathrooms, claiming theyre out of order - but having stopped here months ago they said same thing. read more

Negative stars!!!!!!!!!!! When people go into a gas station in the morning they want to see caring friendly people!!!! Not the case here! "Chris" was rude and unhelpful. When I went to get coffee the drip tray was overflowing, so I told him. He responded with "awesome". I bought a breakfast biscuit. When I looked at it in the truck IT WAS RAW. I took it back in and he rolled his eyes at me when I asked for my money back!!!! Rude punk!!!!! There was no sugar for the coffee and the bathroom was GROSS!!!!!! read more
