After a week of not hearing back I had to call to receive the estimate, which was on their computer, just not sent. At the same time I asked to remove a part of the work originally requested. Was told that would occur, but it didn't. 3 stars. Workers: Very efficient and accurate. Kept me informed of changes they needed to make. Their work order was not the updated version of the estimate so they were prepared to do work I didn't want, but I was able to intervene. They did a great job very quickly. 5 stars. Billing: The bill I received had work on it that hadn't been done. I was told the bill was the same as if the extra work had been done, which made no sense because it would have required more time and more material. I wasn't able to get the bill revised. 2 stars. All in all, 4 stars is a bit generous.
