Only come to buy butane never pump gas here Help me…read moreunderstand this is a CHEVRON why why I just paid w a credit card but pay a credit card fee That makes no sense if this is a chevron or claims to be If you pump gas you don't pay a fee using a credit card but if you purchase something you do? Scamming at its finest lol Then I come ask why wasn't I told about the fee Mo told me he had told me before in past instances that he remembered telling me (great memory) and if had any problems or complains to take it with the owner Two issues: Tell people about the fee before hand it's not the cost it's the principle it felt like being at the liquor store across the street that sales singles or put a sign on the pad not that hard And if a customer wants clarification on a question just assist with the answer don't get upset and resort to the owner ph# it isn't helpful seems like you don't want to help I'll see you again when I'm out of butane

I took the receipt which says how much I gave to her the first time, how much I used, and how much she owes me and which pump I used. As I approached her at the counter saying can I have the rest of my refund back pls? She throws her hands up at me like she has no idea what I'm saying and nor does she care. What happen to smiles and polite customer service here? She does this all the time too when it gets busy. She needs to learn how to deal under pressure every job gets stressful but a little smile and polite manner doesn't hurt anyone.. Anyways... Annoyed as heck that she gave me attitude specially because instead of reading the details on the receipt she asks me the questions she has the answers to on the paper. She should know how to do her job by now. -.- sorry just annoyed and felt she's being rude.
