This store is packed to the brim with arcade games, random parts off lots of computers (it seemed like motherboards littered the joint), and vintage photo booths. If you're throwing an 80s party and need a game, this is your go-to spot. Trust me. They have it ALL. If there was a game made, they've got one. More impressively, they have the old-school vintage photo booths -- you know the ones that use all the chemicals etc. The upside of this is that the photos will actually last -- unlike the ones that are digital (they fade) So, if you want to add a special something to your event or wedding, you ought to try hear. Prices are reasonable, and I'm sure Todd would be happy to work with you. He'll also be sure to show you all the national press that his booths have received -- he's been part of Regis' (yeah, that Regis) daughter's uber fancy wedding and I believe Childress' daughter's as well. If I remember correctly, he's been in the NYT too. Again, this is a diamond in the rough, but if you can get past the crazy warehouse/store, you'll be extremely happy with your end result.

They were simply amazed and still don't understand how he pulled off the tricks he did! I would hire him without reservation!

At the time we went they had just opened and had a CSI themed room. We were excited to check it out! After entering the room they quickly explained the rules, gave some simple instructions and then left us to solve the mystery. Our group was ...challenged lol. I loved that we moved from room to room and there were even interactive options when needed. I wouldn't say we escaped... technically we ran out of time but sorta solved it. All in all it was a lot of fun and I'm excited to see what they do with the other rooms. Price point seems right on track if not more affordable with other escape rooms. The fact that they have a party room is an added bonus that I'll be taking advantage of in the near future. I love when a business puts thought into the space and experience and it's clear they did! I would highly recommend checking it out and adding it to your list of things to near in and around the twin cities.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes! When you enter, you'll need to sign a waiver and put your belongings away in a locker. Then you enter a hallway with several rooms kept dark since the focus is lighted displays. The rooms each feature varying skills like throwing, pressing, running, etc. Each member of your team will scan your wristband and then choose the type of challenge to play in the themed room (there are several different challenges per room). As long as you don't fail and no one is waiting to play, your group can advance as far as you want. This MOA location is more expensive and seems busier than Roseville, but it has a couple more rooms including unique ones to Roseville and the benefit is you can walk right out for food after!

Grid, laser room, portals, and Mega Grid were definitely our favorites. My 6 year old had a blast; it's great for kids and adults. The games are relatively easy to figure out except the first room on the right, we tried that one a couple times and were confused. Once we got to Grid with the lights on the floor it was great and did it about 6 times. HIGHLY recommend. An hour seems short outside, but we were exhausted after 30 minutes. It gets addicting trying to win but I think longer than that would have sweat all the way through our clothes! Thanks for a great time while in MN!

We played the Utopia room, which is award-winning and a unique take on an escape room. This was my first time doing one, so I was a little nervous doing this one since it was 9/10 difficulty. My biggest advice would be that this room needs at least 4 people to complete it successfully. We had the best time trying to solve this room. We opted to have hints that they would send when we weren't on the right track/losing time and it definitely helped but wasn't too obvious, so it still made it fun. We ended up completing it successfully with only one minute to spare! Would definitely recommend Lock & Key, and hopefully I will be back to try other rooms!
