He acted like I was stupid for having questions about my account. He told me to "hurry" filling out my withdraw/deposit slips because there were "other customers waiting in line" (one car that had pulled up just moments before). I felt that because I am a twenty-something who looks young for my age, he was dismissive of my needs, and unconcerned with my business. I'm sure that if he had seen someone my dad's age at the window, he would not have suggested they "hurry up." I like this bank and have never had any problems before but with disrespectful tellers, I'm not sure how they expect to keep people's business.

I recently had fraudulent transactions on my account and immediately reported it. Covering my transactions fifthird left the fraudulent charge pending on my account for server Al days causing me to receive a total of $296 in overdraft fees. Fifthird only reversed $74 of this fees in the provisional credit. I again immediately called the dispute team and reported that this was not correct. They then did a "courtesy reversal" in the amount of $111 and told me that I would receive the remaining $111 once the dispute was finalized. They LIED. The case finalized Feb. 4th and I was told that all overdraft fees had been reversed and that the remaining $111 would not be refunded. This is the way that you lose business. Keeping you customers in the dark and lying to them over and over again. I knew something wasn't right when the charge was never removed and overdraft after overdraft hit the account. I immediately stopped using the account all together to wait out the claim and see the outcome of it all. So glad I went with my gut instinct or they probably would have gotten me for much more.

They also accidentally sent another members account information to my title company which they refuse to own up to. They are incompetent and liars.
