I can't say a lot of good about Chase: they were going to start charging a lot for a checking account each month, I also found a lot of restrictions. Overall impressions: feels small with a bigger footprint, very friendly, budget conscious, and an overall different feel than your "big banks." People actually care, they build relationships, etc. I couldn't be happier.
