When I contacted the contractor his response was basically sorry to hear your disappointed - I did my best. In fact, rather than take responsibility, he deflected responsibility by suggesting several excuses which were not true. While I appreciate that accidents can happen, I was disappointed that he took no responsibility for the additional expense I incurred and made no effort to offer any type of compensation or resolution. I understand that some debris is unavoidable but homeowners should be able to expect reasonable care to protect their property. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward power washing job ended up costing me additional time, money and frustration. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone with a pool to discuss in advance what precautions will be taken to prevent debris from ending up in the water.

Why is this a concern? Outside needs paint? Cosmetic Deck needs paint? Cosmetic Bathroom tile is cracked? Loose? Cosmetic Hot water heater pipe isn't long enough? This is how the unit was purchased a few months ago. Hot water is too hot? It can be adjusted, we like hot showers. Says roof is sagging but says he couldn't access or see it? Where's the proof? Electric is grandfathered in, original to house. He suggests wires be moved, it's not a necessity. Floor in spa room sloped and bouncy? No, it is not. Hardware missing from spa? No, it is not. Jacuzzi tiles are loose? Cosmetic Water stain in closet from a very old leak? Cosmetic It is recommended that rails on stairs be no more than 4" apart? That's not a code violation, it's his opinion. Cosmetic. Trees are close to the house? We are in the woods, if this was an issue the HOA would be involved. HOA says there is no issue with the trees. Some windows have fog between glass? This does not mean there is an active leak. They have been exactly this way since I purchased the home 10 years ago, never had an issue. Instead of writing that he advises on these things he is claiming safety issues. This is misleading and dishonest. He is absolutely writing up the worst reports he can muster and fabricating outright lies in order to scam people into backing out of purchases so that they pay him repeatedly for multiple inspections. You can see from his one other review here that the buyer is thanking him for advising that they back out of the purchase. Of course he advises that, he wants you to pay him again so he can scam you for more money! Avoid this company like the plague!
