Went in again and looked at a different car, again we inquired about possibly working a deal as the taxes were exceptionally higher than what he quoted us on the prior visit for car priced comparatively.He stra forward told us no. By his demeanor my husband and I both began to feel a little as if he didn't really want our business, however he could have been having a bad day. Fast forward a month or so later we Finally decided we would call and see if this car was still available. I called and he said yes, so we drove 40 minutes over to just move forward with purchasing the car. We had obtained our loan check and had the remaining in cash. As we entered the parking lot we were not greeted AT ALL. We then decided we would go inside and saw there was a note on the door stating "he was out running cars around town". As we pulled on the door he yelled "I'm here" . Immediately our feelings were not so good. We walk in, he's on the phone. He remains on the phone until the call was over. We remained seated in the waiting area. He then begans a conversation with us from his office which is in another room. Then we say to him " Yes, we decided to come back and see if this car was available and go ahead and buy it" He then states to is " YEAH WELL THE PRICE IS THE PRICE. YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN HERE 3 TIMES. I DONT WANNA WASTE ANYONES TIME HERE" Like OMG!! We felt so insulted! It then completely felt as if he was really saying to us... that he didn't want our business because of the color of our skin. Like It was almost clear! Feeling speechless I informed him that we had optioned the funds and was there to buy the car but with that sort of attitude we would take business elsewhere. He replied by laughing and saying ok! NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL!! This experience was DISGUSTING!! when searching for a car you may certainty revisit dealerships several times just to ensure you make the right decision. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!! I'm still sick about the way we were treated.
