I was literally sitting in a chair rocking back and forth with overwhelm and anxiety when I looked online for a lawyer. Thank God I found Sebastian Gibson.  Sebastian was not only compassionate, comforting and calming, his professionalism and experience (40 years) was evident from day one.  I was in no condition to take on a mountain of paperwork and spend hours of emailing and calling people. Fortunately, I didn't have to with Sebastian leading the way.  He lifted a huge weight off of me by immediately taking the reins on my behalf and quickly started the laborious process of dealing with veterinarians, dog/human specialists, the hospital, urgent care facility and therapists.  His negotiations with the pit bull owner's insurance company made the process completely painless for me (I was already in enough pain.) and he played the game like only a seasoned pro could. From the start of my case and all the way to the end, Sebastian was responsive, kept me apprised with status updates and made me feel like his most important client (even though I'm sure he had much bigger cases already on his plate.)  And because of the settlement Sebastian negotiated, I've been able to take a few months off from work as a freelance graphic designer,which has been critical to my healing. She invited me to tell her about my case in a patronizing tone after she already stated he wasn't handling these cases in the last twenty years. Cant share all details of the case but it did cost me! Costed me A LOT less with support of this firm. I feel like my case was pretty boring for them, and they also seemed really busy. The other firm just wants settlements. Lisa was responsive. Spoke with main attorney Steve maybe 3 times total. Seems like a genuine person, and also a businessman. Lisa also very solid! A friendly reminder it's not their job to manage your anxiety. That's your job. If you can't do that, maybe a therapist can you help through the difficult time.
