So when I had a shirt that I needed altered for work, I just automatically took it to them. I asked them to take it in, hem the bottom (and still include the last button) and shorten the sleeves...the lady had me put it on and pinned everything EXACTLY how I wanted it. My husband picked it up for me the following week and it does NOT fit the way I had asked. She hemmed it way too short and got rid of that bottom button and she didn't even touch the sleeves! I called them and said that it was not what I had asked for and asked if I could bring it back for them to at least fix the sleeves. The man on the phone was very apologetic and said to drop it off and I could pick it up the next day. I went to get it (after finding out that my husband paid $46 for it) and they didn't even fix the sleeves. When I complained to them the man screamed at me to get out. NEVER GOING BACK!
