Terribly unfriendly staff. Overall very bad attitude. Stand-offish when I asked questions, like when the cloakroom would open or if there was any food available at the venue. I got yelled at for wanting to walk into the completely empty men's toilet after a long concert - there was a row of 50+ people in the women's. I don't understand what the big deal was.
Everything was very unclear. I had VIP tickets to a concert at E-Werk which offered me some extra privileges, but while standing in line I found out (from other people queueing with me) that we had to get wristbands from a member of the staff, but this person was nowhere to be found. I did eventually find them, but I lost my place in the queue and had to start from the back. When we got inside we got some t-shirts that came with the VIP package, but later I heard from other fans that they didn't even get the merchandise that they paid for because the people handing the shirts out were nowhere to be found.
I will never visit this place again, and I hope the employees of E-Werk will learn how to treat their guests with some respect. If people that visit your venue need to pay € 3,90 for a glass of coke, I think they at least deserve to receive some warmth and courtesy of the personnel.
The overall unfriendliness left a very bad taste in my mouth to what was otherwise a lovely evening and I'm pretty bummed about that. read more
