I'd put off replacing it since my phone was working fine, but even rice didn't save it. Noah waited on me and he was kind and non-judgmental as I explained my teary eyes. He got the info he needed from my phone, went to look in back and praise God, it was the last one in stock! He told me how long he needed to fix it and it works great now. Brought it up there and told me it would be about an hour. I left and came back to a new battery for $30. Battery and service. The guy provided great customer service. I have found my family's cell phone repair store.
