Following a shoulder injury, my wife was referred to PT Pros by our primary health manager…read more Unfortunately, my wife was misled and deceived by the staff at PT Pros in Leitchfield regarding copayments. She inquired and attempted to pay and was advised that she did not have subsequent copays. The therapy received produced no results and the staff advised her that a 'few more visits" attempting a different approach might help. She was advised that those visits would be covered by our insurance. In pain and willing to try anything to alleviate her shoulder issues, my wife agreed and continued the therapy. The therapy did not help and my wife was subsequently referred to an orthopedic specialist. Then came the surprise. Despite the fact that PT Pros advised my wife that there were no subsequent copays, we later received a bill for $420 (a copay per visit). I attempted to clarify this with the billing section from PT Pros and was given a very rationalistic and deceptive explanation (I recorded all calls and will happily share them with anybody that requests them) Their final stance was that it is the "patient's responsibility" to ensure they understand the billing and copay requirements. (Oddly enough, my wife DID inquire was told by the staff at PT Pros that we did NOT owe anything). I will pay their bill and strongly caution anybody that needs physical therapy to ensure they understand that the administrative staff at Leitchfield PT Pros will smile and tell you one thing and a month later you'll get an unexpected bill.

Thank you to Ian and all the staff that were to help me during my visits. I would definitely recommend PT Pros for your Physical Therapy and rehab needs caused by injury or from recovering from any surgery or any other ailments.

I would recommend in the future to pick an Orthopedic Doctor which has extensive study in medical school with bones, foots and ankles and a bona-fide medical degree and credentials behind their name instead of Doctor Of Podiatry Medicine, DPM. Recommend, getting your moneys worth and see a real doctor i.e. Orthopod instead of these low level providers. I will not going back to Kentucky Foot and Ankle Specialist ever again and suggest you do not waste your time and money either. I did not feel like I got my moneys worth for my co-payment and insurance portion paid. Highly, do not recommend this practioner or firm.

I went to Kentucky/Indiana Foot and Ankle Specialists East End location in Louisville to have a…read morepair of custom orthotics made in July 2023. First let me say this office can be very difficult to get through to. Trying to get anyone to answer in the afternoons to set up an appointment or anything else seemed impossible. It's best to call early in the morning. So they took photos of my foot and then I waited approximately 5 weeks for the new orthotics to arrive. When they finally did come in, the arch in the new orthotics was much higher than any of my older orthotics which were comfortable to wear. The higher arch made the new orthotics very uncomfortable so I took them back to have them remade with a lower arch. After waiting another 5 weeks I was disappointed when the remade orthotics looked and felt like nothing had been done to lower the arch. There was still a noticeable difference between my old orthotics and the new pair. They agreed to send them back again to try and get them corrected, but after waiting another 5 weeks which is now the end of November, the 3rd pair of orthotics again looked and felt the same. So again they sent them back to be remade, but at this point I have a lot of doubt they'll ever get it right. And the orthodics I should've received and been wearing since August are still unusable in December.
