I subscribed to the Sunday only delivery service 5 weeks ago. I only received the first Sunday's…read morepaper. I called and spoke to a manger after the second missed Sunday. She apologized and offered to extend my subscription. Next Sunday, no paper (Christmas). Following Sunday, no paper (New Year's) so I gave them some leeway for the holidays. Today, no paper. I called customer service, which is supposed to be available from 8-10am on weekends. No one answered until 8:15am. I explained my situation. All she could offer me is a "promise" that a manager will call me tomorrow morning. I won't hold my breath. In this day of newspapers becoming more and more obsolete, The Hour has lost another valuable customer.
