I went to get my bike "fixed" nearly 2 months ago and it's now worse than when i dropped it off! Staff member told me to wait whilst he checked over my buke and never told me my bike was ready so i was left ealking around the shop for over an hour! Then when i picked it up they said they couldn't find an issue and charged me £95!!!! I then went back a week later and the guy told me to come back in a week when the other tech is back (probably because he couldn't be bothered) and when i came back to get it checked again he told me to come back in a month. So i waited and when i went back yesterday for them to fix it they just said they haven't prded the part so they can't fix it! This really p***ed me off!!

The good thing about when you buy a car Cd player from there is that they will fit it for free for you. Also if you are interested in buying any of the more expensive car wheels then if you want they will set up a payment plan with you, making it more affordable. The shop is really organised and well laid out as bits to do with bikes etc are together and so on. The staff are really helpful and are happy to advise you on which product is most suitable for you.

If bending over backwards to help were literal rather than metaphorical, these guys would be able to lick the backs of their own heels I've shopped here many times, almost always for something I don't know the first thing about other than that I need one, and the staff have been unfailingly helpful. They have an impressive selection of auto accessories in stock considering the size of the store and are always willing to get hold of stuff they don't have right now. The downside - if you can call it that - is that the prices aren't as low as you'll find in pile-it-high-sell-it-cheap shops where the staff don't know anything. Likewise, you'll save money ordering things online. But tell me this: faced with a customer who has just spent seven quid on a new headlight bulb, how many store managers would spend THIRTY MINUTES fitting it for them, free of charge? What I actually mean is that Roath Auto's is at the business end of City Road, closer to the major routes leading into the hub of the city centre, where the road is broader, and there's space to breathe. Access by road to this end of the street is eminently more easy than the other end. Roath Auto's specialise in car and commercial vehicle parts, and have been around long enough to know their business inside out. They carry parts for all makes and models, along with quite a few significantly less expensive generics that will do the job just as well as the branded items, but at half the cost. They keep prices keen on all of their stock, and their level of service is excellent. Obviously the more costly and larger items sometimes need to be ordered in, but lead times are good, and they will notify you of the arrival of your order if you request it. Great!
