She only wants the money , crams tons of kids in a tiny room and makes them watch videos doesn't teach them nor help them learn to drive expecting them to know how despite paying her 4-500 dollars to teach them !!!she's on the phone the entire drives not available when my teenage daughter needs help to drive !!!! Do not send your kids here if you want to protect them !!!!

I'm so happy that I took driving lessons from the AC Driving School. A big shout out to Scott Wohl,…read morethe school's owner for all the dedication he puts into his work. Scott is always very punctual and prepared. He is very patient and really cares about your progress in learning. Scott teaches with his soul and heart and not for the sake of doing business. He identifies your weaknesses very quickly and works continuously to fix them. Additionally, Scott is very culturally responsive. He treats representatives of different cultural backgrounds with respect, tolerance, and compassion. Every time I made a mistake Scott did his best to help me understand why it happened and how to avoid it in the future. He was very respectful and supportive. During and after my lessons, Scott was giving me a feedback on what I did well and what I needed to work on. I highly recommend the AC Driving School to every international student who would like to learn defensive driving and/or get a Washington State driving license. I did not have a chance to meet with other instructors of the AC Driving School but I believe that Scott does his best to hire devoted professionals and train his employees effectively to keep his driving school the best. Thank you, Scott Wohl!!!

If I could give zero stars that is what I would do. Negative stars even…read more My WDL # got transposed incorrectly by whoever put it into their system and I was told that they would not be able to submit my score until I had clarified the WDL # with the DMV. This was not my fault, however, I attempted to call them many times to rectify it so I could obtain my license. I called at varying times throughout the morning, afternoon and evening on three separate business days, In total I called 8 or 9 times and was sent to voicemail each time. I did leave a VM the first time, But was not going to leave 8 of them so the other times I called I did not leave a message. 3 days after my test was completed I finally submitted a complaint through their website asking to have it resolved by a certain deadline or I would file a formal complaint with the DOL. Scott sent me an email stating that he would enter it but that I should have left a message (I did). I was annoyed at how short he was with me in his email but was satisfied that they were going to handle it. This could've ended right there, We could have parted ways amicably. Scott sent me a strongly worded text message to state that the scores HAD been entered on the day of the test, so they resolved this and just didn't tell me. Had they answered their phone one of the 8 times I called, All of this would have been avoided. Do better Scott.

However, one instructor - Jeff Gerig - stood out as a significantly negative experience. During my drive with him, he was unnecessarily rude and impatient in a way that made the session genuinely stressful. He raised his voice at me multiple times in situations that did not warrant it, and his communication style was more demeaning than instructional. For someone working with young, inexperienced drivers, he showed a clear lack of patience and understanding of how to effectively teach and support a student who is still learning. After that session, I was genuinely hoping not to be assigned to him again. Good driving instruction should build a student's confidence - not undermine it. It is also worth noting that my sibling attended this school before me and was assigned to Jeff on multiple drives. They described him the same way - unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. This was not an isolated incident or a one-off bad day. The school itself was fine, and I do not want this to reflect on all the other instructors assigned to me with the rest of my drives who were genuinely great. But I'd encourage the school to reflect on whether Jeff Gerig's approach is appropriate for working with young students, and I'd encourage other students to request a different instructor if possible.
