My husband and I felt very exposed the entire time. The headrest was covered by paper towel, so not soft and relaxing at all. During the massage they talked to each other the ENTIRE time. So if you like a relaxing massage with soothing music THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! We honestly question if they have any real massage training. There was no real structure. The lady kept sliding her forearm up and down my spine which left my spine feeling sore for the next few days. We definitely will not ever go back. Based on the reviews I read, we had high hopes for this place. Don't waste your money!

With Nitty's help--and super talented hands, elbows and feet--I feel great most of the time. Such care, concern, and quality is rare. I feel so fortunate to have her as my therapist. Her professionalism is off-the-charts, which is refreshing. I can make an appointment weeks in advance with confidence in knowing it will not change. She even texts the day-of to confirm the appointment, which is outstanding, considering we sometimes get busy and forget. She does a great job with Deep tissue but i became a wimp and when she asked I finally asked her to go lighter. BTW I hate elbows but she applied the right pressure and knew just where to place it. Absolutely not! Very poor massage movements. The woman kept looking at her phone & it kept binging. (I know because she was only using one hand for massage, when I was face down.) After massage, I went to the restroom. There was only one towel on the rack, which was not very clean and a wet towel on the floor. I went back to the room to pay her and she was putting ornaments on the massage table. She had NOT changed the sheets. Gross! I will never return here.
