Please do not go here, my service was for a french curl bob. After getting the style, I started…read morerealizing a day after that hair was coming out but I thought it was from the cut. Then I realized that it was braids coming undone and the hair was falling out. I contacted the shop for a full refund initially saying that because of this I may have to completely take down my hair. My request for a full refund stemmed from my disappointed in the quality of work. After being told they couldn't issue a full refund, I asked for a partial refund because the style was not complete if braids were coming undone. They told me that if I took down my hair and FaceTime them they would refund me $80 dollars. I felt that my refund shouldn't be based on me taking my hair down but from them not doing the best job. So I said that and still was not issued a refund. After some back forth I ended up telling them that I don't want a refund that that point and to please just not use my photos and videos for content as I was not satisfied with the job they had done. This was not honored and I was posted on their page anyway. I had to report and ask others to report the post in order to get it removed. During this process I was told that I was trying to get a free hairstyle out of them and was accused of "cyber bullying". Please, do not go to them, save yourself from spending money and time on poor work.

Officially checked in at 9:08am after another stylist opened shop. Scheduled stylist (Renee) did not arrive until ~9:30am. After washing / conditioning, she was shown photos of requested haircut. Unfortunately, the bangs were chopped way too short, and not connected to the sides of the hair. And did not layer per the photo. The only saving grace is that some of the longer pieces in the top / back that didn't get layered can be pulled forward to hide the chopped off bangs. This is the 3rd or 4th appt with salon over the last 2 years. One prior appt also started late, and at an appt for braids with extensions they didn't have the right color and had not informed us, so braids were 2-tone. I should have taken the hint. Won't be back.
