She wasn't at the site on time, said I was late, and charged me a $60 late fee by tricking me by saying, "If you pay the fee, we can start your testing." So, I gave her the money thinking it was whatever. Then she walked off without a word. I waited outside for 20 mins, waiting for her to come back, then when she eventually did, she told me to come back another day. If I could rate this a zero, I would. I strongly recommend NOT going to this driver's ed instructor. Plus, she's condescending, so bupkis to this business. My son and I had the privilege to have Charlie give him his test. She was extremely patient and kind to us. Even though he did not pass the first time she took the time with him to go over and explain what he needed to practice still. She was as much of a champion as I was for him. It's ridiculous to say the least. More so, it's a scamming, money eating business I'm sure they're profiting well on. They take a 30 something year old and fail him because he went forward one too many times. NEVER hit a cone, had driven in his life, parked a vehicle in his life and backed into spaces in his life. Their reason: "you pulled forward one too many times when you didn't need to." EXCUSE ME! Have you ever watched people park at ALL experience levels??? Have you ever counted HOW many times someone/most EVERYONE has to pull forward and back before they get it??? Of course I understand YOU must be a top notch, A-1 perfect driver. However... not all human drivers are perfect. In fact, most could use testing throughout their lives at ALL ages. Myself included. I sat and watched as he took his test and thought he did damned well. Probably better than I would have and I'm in my 60's. How dare you take advantage of a persons ability to get to work to make the money you continuously want to charge over and over again. Must REALLY need the money. Charlie was my examiner and she was amazing. I had to test due to my license in another state being expired and I'm an experienced driver but not so book experienced per-say. She was very knowledgeable and upfront about what is expected. Her instructions were clear, precise and easily understood. She is firm but fair. Always professional and calm. I was nervous and having her in the vehicle was not as bad as I envisioned it could be. Very calming. Thank you Charlotte for your time! I absolutely recommended her for all your driving needs! This is the worst testing facility EVER! I took my husband there and it is supposed to be an hour...we paid 50 bucks and the woman failed him in 9 minutes on parallel parking even though i was watching with my own two eyes and it looked fine! I think the woman is a scammer and needed the money! She didnt even give him chance. Our appointment was for 8 a.m...she did paperwork for ten minutes and we were outta there by 8:19 a.m! interesting at best i had my children use this e k driver testing about 4 and 5 years ago they both failed the first time and was about automatically passed the second time around. I thought my kids were excellent drivers and were completely ready for the test but the older gentlemen kept telling them to accelerate hard to get going from stop lights and turn directly in front of people on road to basically cut them off. I am pretty sure we contacted the secretary of state over it but I cant remember ever hearing anything back about it. My husband and my main concern was we teach the children if you have to accelerate to hard like that then the person behind you has to hit there brakes and a lot of drivers does not pay attention to what's going on so if your car has any problem when you hit the gas that hard you just caused a accident for no reason. We looked into the manual the tester has to follow and found that he was doing the test somewhat by the book, but definitely tailored to his bad driving habits which we do not want our children to have. I am glad i found out about this e k thing on face book they must of really ticked some one off, when i saw it there was over 10,000 followers and one heck of a discussion on them lol. I will tell you all what I still tell my children there are a lot of bad business practices going on out there research it on internet be for you purchase service. this place would have a lot better rating from a whole lot of people if they just doubled there price and stopped failing the majority of kids the first time read more
