My partner's birthdate year wasn't corrected which irritated him and though they reasons quickly and book the best that they can this trip experience left a really bad taste in my mouth to which I'll likely not use them again. This was just my experience. I think a phone call to walk through the final itinerary would have helped. A few things hadn't been made clear to me in the end. Sometimes things just aren't a good fit, and in this case I think this agency isn't a good fit for me personally.

She is an easy person to communicate with, she cares about each client and she is so knowledgeable about travel routes and getting the best prices, too! Sometimes she can match "online" prices, but even if hers are a little more, it is well worth it to pay the extra fee...because...when (not if) you get stuck, Kim is a just a phone call away to help work with the airlines. You aren't alone to navigate this crazy world of airline travel...she is your advocate and your friend! I also used her to book my personal adoption travel and she was amazing to handle that and all the crazy of that quick trip. She's gotten me and my colleagues out of some spectacular jams and it was so nice to have an actual travel agent to get you "unstuck" in whatever city you're currently in! She's become a friend! In my new job I'll be "taking her with me" to help others on adoption and personal travel plans. She's amazing!!

I contacted an agent to help with my families three week trip to Europe. The agent was kind,…read morefriendly and knowledgeable so I was really excited to have her plan our trip. I followed up 1 week after the call and she let me know she would have something to me in a week. This was February 10th and the last I have heard since. Since February 10th, I have been unable to get a response from her or the company about the travel plan. I sent multiple kind emails asking for a timeline, left voicemails and spoke to the person who answered the main phone pleading for someone to call me back. Against my better judgement, I still stuck with it thinking they were helping me. A full month later, I have still not received an ounce of communication and we are having to move onto a different company. It is putting our family in a bad situation and now is a month of time wasted. I have no idea why this agent "ghosted me" and is refusing the event reply to an email or call me back. A simple, "I am still working on it" or "it turns out I don't have the bandwidth to handle your request" email would have sufficed, however I can't event get that from her or the company. It is really disappointing and very unprofessional. This is my first experience with a travel agent in over 20 years and it was disappointing to say the least. I'd caution you on using Willamette International Travel if this is the way they feel the need to treat their customers. We were having a very hard time finding airfare that would meet our needs. After submitting the form, I received the message that they would "contact us within 24 hours." Since, we were going into the weekend, I gave extra time to receive our quote. Late Monday, February 3, I called since I had not heard from anyone. Bittu told me she would get me that quote. I asked, "today"? She said she would get me that quote "by the end of the day." Late Tuesday, February 4, I received the quote. "Sorry for the delay" with three air options with prices for each. However, the quote did not specify which class this quote was for (business, premium, etc.) or whether the price quoted was for one traveler or two. I responded asking Bittu these questions. I never heard from her so on February 6th, I reached out again and said, "We can't move forward without knowing answers to our questions below." As of today, February 8th, I have not heard a word from her. I realize we only were requesting help with airfare so maybe we weren't worth her time but please tell me that upfront so I can do in a different direction and firm up our trip. I felt this interaction was very unprofessional. This was my first time reaching out to a travel service and it will be my last.
