I emailed and called the company asking if they'd be willing to help resolve this, but they went silent and won't answer calls or emails from me any longer. I was nothing but cordial. They have several safety and maintenance violations which you can view online. Sounds like a company you should probably avoid as they don't take accountability for their mistakes.

I really don't give bad reviews but this poor communication and poor job really harmed our timeline…read moreon our home sale. Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

I had some furniture that needed to be removed and taken to the dump. It ended up being too big and had to be sawed apart. They weren't expecting that, and as such didn't have a saw with them. They made the effort to come back and cut it apart and take it away. They were apologetic, and I was simply amazed at how accommodating they were! I will definitely keep the business card and call again if I need a similar service. I can't recommend them enough!!!

Not only that, they called the same day and had my junk gone almost immediately. I barely had time to say goodbye to it. Super flexible, ridiculously friendly, fast, and the prices were totally fair -- no "junk removal surprise math." The whole process was smooth, easy, and honestly kind of impressive. If you have junk and want it gone yesterday, Aspire Junking is the move. Would 100% use them again.
