However, I recently purchased a 14 karat gold locket from him. The gold was so thin (although over $700), that it dented when it was opened and re-closed. Then the next time it was opened, it would no longer close. Since it was only a few weeks old, I brought it back to be repaired. Maj couldn't fix it, so he sent it out to be fixed. However, it came back in worse than it was when I dropped it off and it was no longer wearable. I asked to exchange it for a more expensive piece and I would pay the difference. However, he said no exchanges even though there was a sign right there that said, "No returns. Exchanges only." I left in tears, as it was meant to be a sentimental piece in memory of my child's best friend who had just passed away.
