They did not send me state forms, then tried…read moreto cancel my insurance I called and did forms but took awhile, and multiple ti.es sending them forms through email for them not to cancel it. I kept saying "you'd think you would want to keep my service and take my money?" Then I had my wallet stolen, I had to turn off autopay (over a month ago) and tried to turn autopay back on repeatedly and the website seems to never work. So I'm Stuck paying more. Your on hold FOREVER, you get hung up on the people are so rude. Go ANYWHERE else for auto insurance or any I surance but these guys. Nothing but bad experiences. Currently looking for new I strange needless to say!
