The shop is not huge but it is extremely well kept inside and they have everything needed to make your beauty treatment seem like a little luxurious treat. They obviously do a lot of nails as there was a large choice of varnish colours to pick from. The lady that did both of our pedicures did a brilliant job. We went in with not great looking feet to be honest (more my Mom than me!) and came out with twinkle toes. They have a great knack of ensuring the varnish will withstand anything and lasts a long time. Wonderfully, our feet looked just as great at the end of our break away as they did on the plane out. All for £16 each which we thought was a real bargain. They also provide facials, waxing, tanning, massages and treatments for men.

We were able to talk about what I wanted and play around with colours. Karen was lovely and really put me at ease. Karen also did my nails and an eyebrow wax (ouch) the day before the wedding. My nails were beautiful and she completely understood my love of glitter. On the wedding morning Karen did mine, my sisters and my mums make up in less than two hours (including my eyelash extensions). Very helpful and professional.

I booked a pamper package here, using a KGB deal…read more Aruba Beauty have been at this site for 10 years, but i had no idea they existed as they are above the tanning centre, so you have to walk in past the tanning cubicles, then you'll see the stairs to their salon. I assumed the treatment rooms would be quite small however i was pleasantly surprised to find that they were a very decent size! My therapist Hannah, was lovely and immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a back neck and shoulder massage, which was amazing, i could really feel the difference....it did get quite painful at one point as i had ALOT of knots in my shoulders but she got them all out and my back felt so much looser afterwards, so she did a brilliant job! Next i had a facial which made my skin feel really fresh and soft and. I was very impressed that Hannah was very knowledgeable, i assumed i had a few whiteheads on my face, she told me straight away its Milia and its very common and how to get rid of them. Lastly i had a manicure and polish, they use OPI polish and there was a good selection of colors available, so its almost been a week now and only minor chips on the tips of a few nails. Hannah told me to take my car keys out before she put the polish on, after the polish was applied she passed me my keys and put my bag on my shoulder for me so that my nails wouldn't get ruined, which was very sweet of her. All in all it was a fabulous experience, and I've found my new local masseuse. Can't find any fault, or negative things to say , so five stars it is!

She is chatty and friendly and good at what she does. My only niggle was that the room was quite cold... and when you're having to remove layers of clothes and lie on a bed with just a blanket over, raising the room temperature is a must! The heater in the room didn't cut the mustard unfortunately. Still, I pointed this out and was compensated with extra blankets which took the bite off, but the building and the sub-zero temperatures outside was the main cause of the problem. Happy to recommend this place to others in the area and, like the other reviewer said, you have to go into the tanning place and up the stairs to get to this. But call to make an appointment and the rest is a breeze.

Situated at one end of the New Hall Hotel, t's 800 years old and inside is as traditional as on the outside, until you get to the very modern facilities in here. Apart from the Italianate pool, complete with marble walls and pillars forming the backdrop to the Jacuzzi, there are simply hundreds of treatments. If unlike me, you like the make-up treatments you can have the usual manicures, pedicures and eyebrow tinting. For me, it's more about the body which includes every type of massage. The Bamboo massage is particularly appealing as it's about muscle strengthening, lymph drainage and reactivating the circulation. I'm told I'll feel like a new person after that so worth looking at that for next time. There are all the usual wax treatments plus New Hall Spa have special spa days which currently include the Olympian Spa Day starting at just £89. I spoke to a couple of ladies who were just going in as I came out and they use it as a regular get together and treat and loved it!

Customer services was pitiful. If you go and have a services you are not happy with do not expect to get a refund... just work hard for your money, and hand it over if it's a good job or not!
