BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAYBUYER BEWARE STAY AWAYBUYER BEWARE!!!…read moreTried to rent equipment from here and everything they demoed for me was non operational or broken. they couldn't find one excavator that actually worked. when i told the man at the counter i would just look elsewhere he became irate and rude to say the least. He berated me and called me names because i would not wait an additional 3 days until they had a machine that worked. i also needed a brush chipper so i figured i would at least try to get that but alas none of these were working as well. he tried to get me to leave a non-refundable deposit so he could lock me into the contract and keep my money. sorry bud not that stupid. top to bottom this place is full of rude unhelpful people just looking to steal your money. i think they all might disappointed with were they are in life. The current owner and manager/receptionist at Aaro Rental and Repair on Greenlawn are vile and…read moreextremely disrespectful. I was on the phone with my 70-year-old father when he went into the store to check on a lawn mower he brought in a year ago (he asked them to fix it and then sell it). They claimed they fixed it, tried to sell it and it never sold, and then never gave him a call...here we are a year later. (Note: if you can't sell the product and will blame someone that they left it there then you should've called them to notify them it was ready and not selling, otherwise you're to blame as to why it's been sitting there for so long). When asked, they got extremely hostile, began cussing at him (yelling F-bombs), and the owner proceeded to get in his face aggressively and talk down to him. Whether you agree with a customer or not, it's one thing to treat someone like that let alone a senior citizen. My father stayed calmed and continued to be considerate and they continued to raise their voices and cuss at him. They tried to use the example, "if you brought your car to me to fix, we fixed it, and then it sat for a year and doesn't work then it's your fault". If I pay you to fix something, it's your responsibility to ensure it's working when I come to pick it up or give me a call when it's ready instead of deflecting and putting the blame on someone else. Aside from all that, there is NEVER a reason to cuss at someone and yell at them. If you can't handle yourself respectfully & professionally you don't need to be running a business! This is not the first time they've been extremely disrespectful towards customers or my dad. It does not matter how long a customer has been working with you or how comfortable you are with them, this type of behavior is unacceptable and disgusting to try to aggressively get in a senior citizen's face. I am absolutely disgusted by what I heard them saying to him over the phone in the midst of my father staying calm and respectful and just asking VALID questions.
