The bacon jam burger is amazing - i get it without the burger sauce which allows me to fully taste the bacon jam and it is SO good. And fries? no, who needs fries when you can get "chips" - so the fries are cut into slices and the texture and taste is perfect. One of my favorite food trucks in Germany and certainly can keep up with a good American burger in my opinion.

The meat is perfectly marinated and anything with a fried egg is usually good in my book. Also, the amount of food is less with most food truck meals (burgers are an exception to this in a way) and the prices are almost always a bit higher than for example going to your office cantina or - gasp - bringing your own food. I noticed all the raving about this food truck and was giving it a try. Maybe it is new and unique…read moreto the area but the food was just OK for me, compared to pulled pork I tried from food trucks in Canada and San Francisco. Yes it is tender but i suggest to toast the baguette so it does not get saggy, a hint of garlic would enhance it and I missed a bit if the smokey taste. I took onion and sweet relish, they also offer jalapeños (maybe that does the trick?). The team is quick and friendly so I award 3 stars.
