All presented like fine art work and tastes Devine. Next arrived a gorgeous perfectly carved piece of monk fish marinated in sugar and salt sided by purple and orange carrots in rice vinegar and horseradish .For the next course a gorgeous , tender fillet mignon of pork arrived accompanied by bok Choi, and other exotic root vegetables in fine sauce of ginger together with some amazing mushroom - mustard (!!). Just sublime. For a last course - our table was presented with pineapple sorbet ice cream . As for my gluten free dessert- as I can't eat gluten (the entire meal was originally free of gluten!): a fantastic nougat Ice cream filled with glazed pistachios and berries! I generally eat gluten free and the chef accommodated my pallet while not sacrificing selection and flavor from appetizer to dessert. We visited Le Bouchon in the early spring but I would love to be at the restaurant in the summer dining in their outside garden.
