My new review of a place I used to have in my top list of breakfast places in region Solothurn…read more Sadly this restaurant has changed hands a few times since I first started coming here so it's never sure what to expect. The first change came with a few positives like free water that was infused with mint, cucumber, etc. , an all you can eat breakfast including pancakes, coffees, eggs/toast, bacon albeit at a higher price but worth it. This last change was one we cannot accept. No more all you can eat at a higher price than the all you can eat was before. The pancakes are stiffer and without taste. The maple syrup isn't real maple syrup at all but some kind of sweet (most likely corn syrup) slightly caramel tasting stuff that is quite deceiving if you don't know what real maple syrup tastes like. Everything had a nice presentation but the taste/quality isn't worth it. The bacon half burnt/half completely limp, the toast cold and tasteless. I can say the scrambled eggs were the only thing that passed the test.
