If you are looking to sell a home on the Jersey Shore pick Shoreview Realty. The home was sold despite being a fixer upper and in a zone that needed flood insurance, and without giving the house away. Do not pick other realtors in the area that like to just have many listings. Go with Shoreview Realty where amount of sales is what counts, not listings! Ed was easy to contact, where other realtors keep few hours, and you leave a message they call you back days latter. He made adjustments in advertisement (and not just drop the price). Thank You Shoreview Realty, House SOLD, from listing to closing on the house in about three months......AAA+++

That agent also gave a target price for an as is sale. That price would have been more that we received from 613 Home Buyers, but when we looked at the costs for commissions, other expenses, the hassle of negotiation and more expenses, they were right in the ballpark and we didn't have to go through that whole process - including emptying and cleaning the house. We just left everything there! Charlie was great. Always above board and honest. We didn't need to have an attorney for the transaction, but Charlie accommodated and worked well with him through the process. We had a check within 4 weeks. Charlie was even persistent in following up to make the funds were distributed to us. Great experience overall.
