He was told that it could possibly be there before 8; however, the dumpster never showed. My husband called several times during the day and was assured the dumpster was coming, and it never showed up. He was told the dumpster would arrive the following morning. The dumpster still has not shown up, so my husband called to cancel the dumpster, and was told that he would be charged a cancellation fee. Why would I be charged a cancellation fee or a service that was never performed in the first place? I would not have had to cancel the service, had the dumpster shown up when it was supposed to. My husband was told that he would receive a discount the next time he ordered a dumpster, but there is no need for that because we would never use your company or even recommend it.
