They have a good selection of muffins and pastries, so if you are hungry, you can add one of these to your coffee order. They have oat milk and almond milk but not soy. The soft chairs are really comfortable and there are enough for two (or maybe even three) groups of people to use them at the same time. If you are a Colfax local, this is a delightful place to meet with friends and socialize. There is outdoor seating and a good-sized parking lot. They have a frequent customer rewards program. Next time I'm in Colfax, I will definitely stop in for a coffee.

In addition to this goodness, my lovely group got to check out a nice little art gallery. Here we got to check out Jim's dogs, and then check out the exhibit of one of Waitsburg's own. The gallery, like Jimgermanbar, is minimalistic cool. The pieces were tastefully arranged in the space. The hardwood floors, lighting, and of course the art did exactly what Jimgermanbar does: transport you---they beam you to somewhere far away, but also right back to Waitsburg. The City of Waitsburg is jewel. I feel a little hesitant to toot their horn. I feel like I should keep it on the hush, just like my little fishing holes on the Touchet River which Runs Through Waitsburg. AVO ART has taken Waitsburg . . Up . . Another . . Notch
