Bobs 2 workers that showed up in an hour after I spoke with Bob were true gentleman and professional as well as careful in removing the furniture and couches as well as being careful with not damaging anything else.As a true professional owner Bob showed up to help disassemble a massive formica headboard tower over 6.5 feet tall and 8 feet wide.Everything was handle with great care and respect to the premises.I feel so bad I didn't bring the 2 workers names with me back home to NY but they were respectable massive pro's.No need to shop around because Dr. Junk could have stretched this job out and gotten more money and he handled it like I've been a client forever. A little more than 2 hours before the appointment, it was cancelled by them and I was notified they would not give an estimate if they couldn't see the items. I told them they could see the items. This was the agreement right from the start. Then they said they could come and look but still not provide estimate. I complained at the corporate level since this is a franchise of a national company. This is not how I do business. Not for a very large job and not with anyone. Do not recommend these bait and switch people at all. Life is stressful enough with a big job ahead. There are other companies out there. I have already had estimates from two others without problems, and will get at least one more estimate before deciding. Junk King in Hialeah just lost a very big job.
