The first experience with the gentleman who came out was great. He said he worried all night if he'd found the problem. Our only concern was that he said there was some putty on shingles which people do when they are trying to sell a house. There was no problem in selling this house and it had just been inspected. The second time was when we had trouble with the gutters they had just installed (they were supposed to put on gutter guards but didn't. One section leaked and the guy who came to inspect it said he could see where the gutter was curves and didn't fit correctly. He sent out his supervisor who said the new gutter was full of leaves (in February after horrible snow and ice - no leaves in the short time since they installed the gutter. He told us to cut the old stellate dish off and but off the huge cables attached to the house. The first guy told us we couldn't do that (other dish companies had told us the same) because we would have huge holes that would leak; no matter how much putty we put in. We'd need to make sure no other wires were in that huge cable. This guy is retired from the Army and is a supervisor after only working for the company for a few years. He said he had a lor of hail damage and would need a new roof. None of us can remember when we had a hailstorm for years. Out truck sits outside and it was never damaged. Again, an inspector would have noticed that. I thought this company was great and had recommended them several times. We were very disappointed with the service this time and his obvious ploy to get us to purchase new services. I think we would have better service from the first guy. For anything else we may need, we'll be calling a different company. Very disappointing because they first people had been so kind and concerned about our family. GREAT WORK! 2 of our neighbors used Dynamic Restoration and highly recommended them but I still had 4 estimates from other companies. What made the difference was not only the price difference but also the very detailed estimate and the quality of the products listed. From the other companies I just got by mail a short estimate without much details. With Dynamic Restoration I had over an hour meeting at our house (I had lot of questions!) and I learned so much through it and felt confident that after spending over 35k Dynamic Restoration would be the right contractor. We signed the contract with Fernando (highly recommend him) and we had the best installers crew with a supervisor who spoke English so we had no issues with communication. We have so many slopes on our roof and the work performed by Dynamic Restoration was top notch! Fernando came physically every day to check on the progress. We also met the owner Luis who is very professional. Every workers were respectful and worked so hard. Our property was left spotless. I had a big lunch for 14 people delivered so that they could have a nice break and sure enough they appreciate any kind gesture you can offer them. We were so pleased with Dynamic Restoration that we asked them to replace all our gutters. A very special thank you to Christine at Dynamic Restoration who fought for us with our home insurance. Would give zero stars if possible. The nice-talking men who strike the deal and get your signature are not on site when the job is done. Usually no one who spoke English or one who slightly did. Do not use Dynamic Restoration. They removed a slate roof from my grandparents' home I am renovating for my 90 year old father and ruined the copper flashing (which they refused to keep) that was installed on the chimneys at the time the house was built in 1946. The house has been leaking at chimneys and other places since roof was installed by Dynamic Restoration in 12/20. They did not add decking on top of the poplar boards so the roof looks like a fun house floor and the shingles are nailed in places, to absolutely nothing, as you can see in the attic nails protruding in the gaps between the original decking boards. They refuse to take responsibility for their work. They asserted the initial leaking was due to old damaged mortar between the stone (I now know was where they had cut off the copper flashing. You can see the mortar joints where it used to be. We had the ENTIRE home tuck pointed and the 5 attic windows replaced, which they also blamed for the leaking at one location. Then blamed the masons for the ongoing leaking and refuse to stand behind their work. I filed a complaint w/the BBB and they lied to them stating WE damaged the roof/flashing and the BBB closed the case without opportunity to present additional dated photos showing flashing and roofing as they installed it. Have had 3 roofing companies evaluate and give estimates and they confirmes the subpar work on this historic home. We may now have to dismantle the stone chimneys to return the home to its original watertight condition. The owner, Luis, walked by us in their office and refused to come out to speak with my husband and me and the office staff informed us that "Luis is done with you". Extremely unprofessional. They did not keep the copper flashing for me which I asked them to do as I would use it for another project. But they snipped it off at the exterior of the stone and I watched from out of town on security camera as they threw it in the dumpster (then later relieved themselves in the same dumpster). I requested they save a small portion of undamaged slate for me. I watched on camera as their employees broke intact pieces of slate that made it to the ground, before tossing it to the dumpster. This has been heart-breaking for us as well as quite costly. Every month tat has gone by trying to resolve this w/out litigation has cost monthly storage of the furniture that was in the home and has cost me ongoing mortgage payments at my home in another state because we couldn't move in here.i had hoped to have my 90 yr old father moved in w/me by now. But instead, we are "camping" in 3 rooms of this home as we cannot proceed w/interior repairs until we have a competent roof. It's not right that my father was out the money for their roof and now has to pay to roof it again. Check out my google/Google maps review for additional photos. We asked for a refund of my father's money in our complaint to the BBB and our request was not honored by Dynamic. They didn't include everything I specifically requested in writing in their estimate. What they didn't include, they tried to add on extra at the work site if I paid off book. They hung a gutter I wanted changed exactly as it was before. read more

Used this company a few years ago to do an overhaul on the exterior of my rental property. Roof is great. No leaks and issues as far as that goes. In the process they fixed the soffits and fascia which still have drainage issues to this day. Called the company on two desperate occasions to try to get them to come look at and repair their work to no avail. read more

We had Dynamic Restoration replace our roof and they did an excellent job...so far so good. They finished the job quickly and kept the area around the house clean and orderly. There was a gutter damaged in the process but they fixed the damage with no problem. I highly recommend this business and I would have them do more work on our house in the future. read more
