Job ran over time with at times one worker with a young, unskilled helper only. Very poor communication from contractor. Would ask for photos many times, none ever sent, would leave messages and texts, and no replies for days. Would never recommend!!!!

We would have selected no stars but that was not an option. We hired Space Converters for a…read morebathroom addition. It was a disaster almost from the start as most of their sub-contractors are inept; bordering on negligent. We had multiple leaks and floods from both the tub and shower in less than a year, shower glass that was incorrectly installed three times, a shower curb/threshold incorrectly installed twice, damaged tiles, and one of the worst hardwood floor installations ever. However, the most epic issues occurred on the exterior and were committed by the aluminum/vinyl installer and the roofer. We have attached photos of the shoddy aluminum/vinyl work and the missing shingles. We have also included a photo of the roof that remained completely unfinished allowing raccoons to move into our attic. The company agreed to allow us to hire our own contractors to repair the damage and reimburse us for the cost. They have now renegged on that agreement, we have sued them in small claims court, and they are currently in default. Be forewarned.
