We paid almost 15K for a project and had to take time off work to supervise the crew, point out errors, & demand corrections. 2 of the 3 days we had to loan them our equipment to get the job done. SO much wasted time, added stress, and unnecessary troubles. They still demanded payment in full before they'd leave our property. They block customers on Facebook so reviews can't be posted there! Luckily we were able to post photos and a review from my husbands page before they could find/block him. So look there for details.

Nick and Kelly the owners of the company came back to "fix" it, however I had a lot of trouble getting them to come back after they were paid in full. They did NOT fix the issues. My walls beside the cabinets were painted, my hardwood floors had paint specs all in it as well as my kitchen counter tops. My outside porch was painted and my siding was painted at the bottom, with paint splashing on it. My white gutters was painted red on the back from being too lazy to take those off. No plastic, tape, cloth drops were used during the work that was done when they finally came. Very very very disappointing. At first when I saw the porch I thought it might look good, but after it dried,I was able to go onto it and omg... the damage. It would not come off with the stuff he told us would bring it off. My door they painted had brush strokes in it, and was chipping off the same day. They used water based paint and vitamins over top of oil paint and polyurethane. The lack of knowledge on polyurethane and paints was enough to say a lot about professionalism. The work looked as if a person had never painted before. I checked for licensing and insurance as they do advertise. In fact they do not have either. I now have thousands of dollars worth of damage. I ask for my money back because I was not satisfied, and they refused, and tried to argue with the customer. It was like adolescents dealing with their business. If you do still choose to use them, you'd better get proof of business license in their names, and insurance. It's been a nightmare for me and my Husband. They do not have license and insurance, when I checked like they advertised. Then they tried to right fake contacts that I didn't sign. Good thing I have the original that I did. They posted pictures of my home with an AI app, they clearly didn't do that good looking job.

They missed the agreed window and then decided to go on vacation instead of doing the agreed work. We have several projects happening, so there was one date that he offered to show two weeks after that, but another crew was scheduled to work on that day, and pressure washing and wet cement was not a great combo. But he offered to come on another day, and failed to show. He then scheduled another day with me (Oct 28), so I rescheduled the other crew for that day at my expense, and again Mike didn't show. He didn't even have the courtesy of calling me. When I finally got ahold of them, they refused to cancel the contract or refund the deposit, wanting me to set dates originally two weeks later. When I told them I was no longer interested, they placed it on me. Really? Missed delivery dates, no showed me twice, and it was my fault? This company obviously does not take its business seriously and takes its customers for granted. And if it cannot return a deposit when THEY missed the agreed dates, it sounds like they also may not be too solvent, and just looking to grab deposits for more jobs than they have the bandwidth to do.
