Prior to selecting them I met with over a dozen other companies in this area. Promier was far and away the most professional company I dealt with. They were not the cheapest alternative (nor were they the most expensive), but given that the work to be done would be seen by so many people, we wanted it done right. We viewed this as an investment in our home, but we also didn't want to overpay. I had companies give me quotes that were so low, I knew they couldn't deliver quality at that price point. I had other companies develop plans that were more focused on trying to sell us a lot of plants or services rather than developing a custom plan that suited our home. Promier came to our home, met with my wife and I, and spent time going over their proposal in detail. I appreciated their willingness to answer our questions and incorporate our feedback and special requests. They changed the plan a few times until we had something that we knew we would like. Some companies we met with would show us their proposal in person but not let us keep it to review out of fear that we'd take their design elsewhere. Promier wanted us to be comfortable with the work, so they gave us time to review the plan on our own (with our agreement that we wouldn't give their plan to a competitor). When the team came to do the install, they were very professional. Every day before they left, they took time to clean up their work and make sure the job site looked presentable. Even the quality of their equipment and vehicles reinforced to us that they were serious about their work. When the job was finished, we had questions and a few last minute requests. They emphasized to us that they wanted us to be fully satisfied, and so they took the time to go over their work with us to make sure we were happy. Given this review, you might think I'm an investor or owner of the company. I'm not. I'm just a consumer who has had far too many experiences with companies that over promise and under deliver. Promier is not that kind of company. It's such a rare occurrence to find this in companies that I feel that others should know about them. They have my highest recommendation.

Before even bringing the machines, he studied the tree the area and the angles, for safety and to not have any damage. My property looks exactly the same other than the tree gone. The crew cleaned up the yard and deck. The men where nice, respectful and courteous. They may not be the cheapest but they are not the most expensive, but very professional. Not only was the entire team highly skilled, but the equipment enabled them to lift whole trees over buildings and place them on the ground inches away from vehicles without a single scratch on anything. Watching tree work used to cause a lot of anxiety but not with this company. It is a lot of money to remove a lot of big trees, but when matched against the amount of work, the skill and peace of mind, it ends up a very good deal. It's my understanding they do land development and if I go down that road, I'll call them for this as well. I have a feeling they can do anything.

Aaron Dorton and his guys poured my deck about two years ago. It was hard to track him down since…read morehe doesn't associate his name with his business. We told him we weren't happy from day one. He put too much of a slope from our existing (then) 22 years old concrete deck (still great) toward our side yard. So obvious since it drops an entire brick in 10' length which left us a toe stumper to our existing side deck (was supposed to be a level transition)! It is just as bad from our home to the back yard. I am not exaggerating when I say we may have 2" of concrete in the radius to the side deck. The sides are honeycomb and gravel continues to fall out to this day. He never came back to fix it like he said he would. He came (unannounced) and poured it on a day it was rain heavy that night. It rained. My husband called because we had bean sized pits all over the top. Aaron came that night and rebooked the surface to cover the holes but it had stsrted setting up and left tall, sharp peaks that you can't walk on barefoot. We had spent time building and leveling a firepit we bought at Lowe's to the height we wanted for the concrete to be poured around it. When we arrived home from work, he had dismantled it, stacking it on our older concrete patio. He used the fire ring to mark a circle in the concrete - not even where we had it. We had to put it there because of the circle on the concrete and rebuilt it ourselves, because they just left it. Along with trash in our flower pots. They went cheap and bought bags of concrete mixing it in a wheelbarrow instead of a concrete truck as we were told. So, the excess got dumped in our yard. It took a 5# sledge to bust up, shovel into a 5 gallon bucket and 3 trips to my trash can so the grass could grow back. When dumping the gravel inside the forms, they backed their dump truck over our field beds & so close to our house that when they pulled forward dumping the gravel they tore our gutter ((looked like someone took a San opener under it for about a foot or more) on the back of our house and pushed the gutter away from the side of our house (you could see daylight between our brick & the gutter for a good 2". We then had to call a gutter company and per Aaron's request we pay them and he'd reimburse us the expense. He never and still owes us money for those repairs to this day. Whatever you do. Do not use this company. Save yourself the trouble and use a more dependable, honest, and caring company. We wasted a lot of money to turn around and do this job, again.

We had them come to bring trees down that were leaning over our house. They did that, but caused a…read morehuge divot in our driveway which they took off $100 for. Then, we had them build a retaining wall and they made divots with the machine in our driveway as well. We were leaving and paid them for the job thinking it would be finished that day. Well, they get 4 bells of hay and lay them on the bank, don't finish the wall, and are supposed to bring a load of gravel for the back part of the driveway they dug up. It took them a month to come back to lay the gravel. The still didn't finish the wall at this point. I call them and ask them when it will be finished and what the plan was with the bells of hay. He tells me the city "made" him buy them but not to spread it.... Makes sense. Then he says he will be here Friday (today). He sends his dad today to finish the wall and my husband texts him asking him not to let whoever was doing it throw the excess block over the bank. Well, they did. My husband calls to ask him why and he says "we didn't do that". My husband had spent the entire day before cleaning out what they dumped during the project. When he was told that, he hung up the phone on my husband. It was clear that once they got their money they did NOT care about finishing the job. Very disappointing considering we waited a month for them to finish and spent a LARGE amount of money and this is how the owner decides to treat us.
