The gym is decently sized and although a lot of the equipment is older, there is plenty of it, and all of it works well. Three squat racks (four if you count the cage), three flat benches, multiple inclines and military presses, dumbbells up to 150lbs, dedicated deadlift station, and more. There is an aerobics room in the back. You can also buy shakes, pre-workout, etc from the front. There are also tanning beds upstairs. Wayne also runs a U-Haul business out of there, so if you have any moving needs, he can help with that as well. All around the best gym I have ever been to. Wayne became a good friend to me while I lived in Westlake and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
